Who is ready for a Daiso Haul! I am, oh oh I am!! I could have stayed there forever. But with two kids I was only able to stay in the store for about 20 minutes. I had to work quickly just to get what I was looking for. Sit back enjoy and leave me a comment below.
Man how times files why you don’t post. But rest assured I am still crafting. In fact my craft room has nothing but unfinished project everywhere!! Uggh what happened to me? I know what it is, it’s the funk… it happens to all crafters.
So I kicked my own butt and got it in gears after looking at this Pinterest post.
You know I love keys charms, locks charms, and anything that I can’t afford. So I tried my hand at making my own key for my first attempt it. I think it looks pretty good. With some more molding, distressing, and paints, I’m sure it will look vintage. Again for my first attempt it looks good.
Awww isn’t it cute? When I first started making this I wasn’t going to make a dragon. I was trying to make a pony. But after looking at it and looking at it I said okay dragon let’s see how cute you’re going to be. When everything said and done I stood back and said, “Aww your cute!!!” It kind of reminds me of my 2 ½ year old.
This was inspired by Ganda Krischa. I really love her work and her tutorials are super easy to follow. If you haven’t seen her work I would highly recommend you check her stuff on http://www.youtube.com/channel/UC8BqRNHgCaLtD12xuNuVjlw. I always get inspired each time I see her stuff.
I felt in a love mood so to wrap it all together I made glittery lips ready for some kisses, a love note to put it on and a book of love to keep it all in. Each one is made of polymer clay glazed in triple thick and pinched with an eye pin to adorn any bracelet or charm book. This will be sold a set on my Storenvy.com. Check out my front page for link.
Now I’m a big fan of my little pony however since I’m not very good with clays I think for my first attempt it came out pretty good. I call it my pretty, pretty, unicorn. It made out of white polymer clay, neon pinks, and decorated in pink gems. I was going more Kawaii than an actual my little pony. I can see this hanging on a necklace, bracelet, or book charm.
This hit children’s TV series is the reason why some kids know what kamehameha is used for, blasting your enemy of course. What else would you use it for? I love the way how this key chain turn out, all the colors came together very nicely right down to the one star dragon ball. I also added a clip hook so can attach it to any necklace.
