Steampunk Haven Notebook

Hello There,

Have you ever been inspired by someone or something? Well Lora from FollowThePaperTrail on YouTube and Gotham City has. After seeing this coupon shopping book it inspired me to create this lovely notebook.  I don’t know about you but Steampunk seem to catch my eye. Ever since I saw the original Batman with Jack Nicolson as the Joker, I have been in love with the Gotham City look. That vintage industrial look that you can only see in the movies. Until Graphic 45 and Tim Holtz that is! The paper you see here is from Graphic 45 and the cogs are paper cut outs inspired by Tim Holtz Cog collection. Since I’m way cheap and didn’t run out of the house to get cogs. I went online and looked for some digital prints of cogs, clocks, and wings then fussy cut them. The booked is bound by regular brown card stock, laced with brown and white polka dots ribbon.  The closure is some white ribbon that I had from  a Christmas present last year.

Total cost: $0.00 (why because everything was scraps I had around the house, given to me by friends, gifts for birthdays, Christmas, or other holidays) So if you have nice wrapping paper from your last birthday, ribbon that was on a worn out dress. Apply it to a project and pay nothing for making awesome creations.
